Dexter assumes no responsibility for labor costs, transportation charges, local duties or taxes.
This warranty shall not apply to any product on which has been repaired or altered in any way so as, in our judgment, to affect its performance, or which has been subject to any abuse, misuse, negligence, faulty installation or any other occurrence, beyond the control of Dexter.
This warranty shall not apply to any product on which the serial numbers have been altered, defaced, or removed.
This warranty is for the sole benefit of the original purchaser and the warranty must be registered with Dexter Laundry, Inc. to be eligible. Machine warranties can be registered either by returning the original postage paid warranty card that was received with the machine, or by registering the machine warranty on this site. Dexter Laundry, Inc. reserves the right to make changes in design or to make additions to or improvements upon this product without incurring any obligations to install the same on products previously manufactured.
The warranty provided hereunder and the obligations and liabilities of Dexter Laundry, Inc. as set forth herein are exclusive and purchaser hereby waives all other remedies, warranties, guarantees or liabilities, expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise (including without limitation any obligations of Dexter Laundry, Inc. with Respect to Fitness, merchantability and consequential damages) or whether or not occasioned by Dexter Laundry, Inc.’s negligence. This warranty shall not be extended or altered unless specifically agreed to by Dexter Laundry, Inc. in Fairfield, Iowa and the purchaser. |
